Feb 21 & 22, Rosedown Plantation State Historic Site, St. Francisville - African/Caribbean Influence in Southern Antebellum Cooking, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. In honor of Black History Month, site staff will discuss and demonstrate the influence of African and Caribbean peoples on the cooking heritage of the Antebellum south.
