Discovering West Feliciana's Outdoors Cat Island National Wildlife Refuge "Blackfork Trail" Volunteers recently helped mark a hiking trail at Cat Island National Wildlife Refuge. Over 3 miles of trail will be marked in the next few weeks. The refuge is currently open daily during daylight hours. Visitors to the refuge can hike, birdwatch, and view wildlife.
